Reservations Advance reservations are required for all programs and services. Space is limited to ensure structured supervision and personalized programming. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your dog’s scheduled days. Packages and promotional rates must be paid in advance. Payments are non-transferable without prior approval.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session. No-shows will be charged in full.
Late Pick-Up Fees Dogs must be picked up before the designated closing time. Late pick-ups will incur an additional fee. Continued late pick-ups may result in suspension of program privileges.
Promotions & Memberships Promotional offers are subject to availability and may have limited enrollment. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. All packages and promotional programs have expiration dates and must be used within the specified validity period. Unused sessions after expiration are non-refundable.
Health & Safety Requirements All dogs must be in good health, up-to-date on required vaccinations, and free from contagious conditions. The company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a dog’s health or behavior presents a safety concern.
Program Modifications K-9 Wellness Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify schedules, services, pricing, or policies as necessary to maintain service quality and safety standards.
